Pros
You learn a lot on the job. It’s a high-pressure environment, but the work is also very rewarding! However, when you encounter something you haven’t handled before, you won’t be left to deal with it on your own. The supervisor is also someone you can discuss matters with.
Cons
The department store retail industry is relatively high-pressure and also requires a lot of communication.
