1. The equipment is rudimentary, and the office environment is dim
2. Management by supervisors is highly subjective, and their views are not objective enough
3. High turnover
4. One of the female training staff members is particularly discriminatory toward a certain sexual orientation and will occasionally say who is gay
5. The system software is outdated and prone to crashing
