Extremely nitpicky. They even corrected which side to staple the written documents on. If there are so many rules, I suggest stating them clearly when recruiting—I went to an interview, not to read minds. Before the interview, I had to handwrite a personnel form with tiny boxes and a three-question test. The personnel form contained information that apparently hadn’t been updated in hundreds of years. What does my family’s occupation have to do with my job application? I also had to provide my prescription strength—do they not hire anyone with more than 500 degrees of myopia? I spent half an hour filling everything out, but the actual interview lasted only 15 minutes. They didn’t explain the job duties, the company’s business, or the salary and benefits at all. They only said it would be reviewed by the supervisor, followed by a second interview, and that I would be notified within a week; no notification meant I hadn’t passed the review. In the end, I was ghosted.
