1. When a long holiday requires a make-up workday, you can occasionally leave work early.

1. Even when sales targets are met, the bonus is still very small and is spread out over three years.
2. The internal administrative assistants treat sales staff and engineers in a domineering manner; only managers and yes-men are exempt.
3. Although the company is not large, the infighting, backstabbing, and gossip are no less intense than at a large company.
4. Office staff receive larger year-end bonuses than sales staff. KPIs are not evaluated based on contribution or diligence—it is extremely absurd.
5. Managers take credit for successes, while subordinates take the blame when things go wrong; they do nothing but give orders while drawing high salaries.
6. Even after 10 p.m. and on days off, managers still call to assign tasks or discuss work. You can't help but wonder whether anything is actually urgent...
