The boss is a really nice person! But that has also become a drawback...
The boss is a really nice person and treats foreign employees very well! As a result, the foreign employees have all been spoiled; one by one, they take advantage of it and become increasingly presumptuous! Each speaks more rudely than the last! They act as if this company belongs to them! They also band together to ostracize Taiwanese employees! The section manager is often late and loves making unrealistic promises. He also frequently causes problems, then uses subordinates as scapegoats! Even when he clearly gave the wrong order, he says it was not the subordinates' fault, claims that we will face it together, and then shifts the blame when reporting to the boss! He's one way on the outside and another on the inside! Taiwanese workers, beware!!
