None at all—cowards need not apply!
1. The company likes to take advantage of employees. If they owe you money, they won’t pay it, because it’s supposedly your responsibility to help out; they’ll only give you compensatory leave!
2. A typical family business—you need to be very good at sucking up to the boss!
3. The second-generation boss is very full of himself and makes decisions based heavily on his mood. Be very careful not to talk back, because he holds grudges. As long as you cater to him, everything will be fine. In short, regardless of whether he is right or wrong, you have to pretend you didn’t see anything!
3. The marketing manager has very little ability, resulting in the people below being completely disorganized. There are a huge number of people, and they are very unprofessional—mostly fresh graduates (because they are easy to deceive and order around). I advise everyone that if you want to learn about marketing, this absolutely should not be your first choice. However, if you want to coast, I do recommend coming here to learn how to flatter people!
4. The family members—the marketing department’s prince and princesses—are in charge of important brands. If they make a mistake, absolutely do not scold them, because they also hold grudges. Turn a blind eye and live in your own world. This proves one thing: “Being born into the right family is important”!
5. The company’s old guard: do not offend them—remember that! Otherwise, you’ll suffer the consequences!
6. If you come to this company, don’t be too ambitious, or you won’t last long!
7. The boss decides everything, big or small; basically, it all depends on his mood!
