At the company, you have to do a bit of everything, so there are many miscellaneous tasks. It can help you develop your skills, but it also gets very busy when things pick up. Overtime is generally not required (except during the peak season).
During the peak season, you may sometimes need to help with packaging.
During the peak and off-peak seasons, working hours may differ by about an hour.
Points to consider:
The boss is extremely emotional and impatient, speaks very rudely and excessively, swears constantly, and insults employees.
They often bring friends to the company to smoke and drink. The entire office ends up smelling like smoke, and glasses and trash are not cleaned up. That’s right—they leave you, as cheap labor, to deal with it.
Long-term employees like to shift responsibility onto newcomers or foreign workers.
The supervisor never gives clear instructions. Afraid of being scolded, they use others as scapegoats. The supervisor is indecisive and keeps changing things back and forth, so you need to be extremely cautious when working with them.
The budget is limited, but you are expected to deliver good results. There is performance pressure, but no clear performance targets or bonus system (there is none at all).
The company arbitrarily sets and deducts pay, and a bunch of strange rules lead to very high turnover. Every position is a terrible job.
