The boss likes to micromanage professional matters, and then blames the employees for everything when things go wrong

Everything depends on the boss’s mood, including your performance evaluation

If you don’t have a good score in the boss’s personal impression of you,

no matter how well you perform, they will find all kinds of reasons to belittle you and your department’s contributions

If another department performs poorly, the entire company has to be punished together

Here, you often have to deal with verbal bullying from the boss, such as threats to reduce bonuses or cut back on benefits

The boss loves nitpicking with employees, especially about how long you obediently remain seated at your desk

Every desk is equipped with an electronic red-green light connected to the company’s system

You have to press the light when you leave your desk, recording what you leave to do, and there is also a daily time limit

If you exceed it, your supervisor will call you in for a meeting

As for how efficient you normally are at work, or what your output is like?

No one cares at all

There are no processes or systems within the company; every manager is busy catering to the boss

The phrase you hear most often is: “Will this make the boss angry?”

The rules are constantly changing. Decisions that were finalized just a second ago can all be overturned and disowned if the boss is unhappy

I sincerely recommend not wasting your time at this company
