Many people were interviewed around the same time. Those who arrived first filled out their information first and then had their interviews. After completing the form, I waited in my seat for over two hours before it was my turn (there were four or five people ahead of me). The interview itself ended fairly quickly. In the meantime, one interviewee may have had to leave early because they had waited too long. When the interview was scheduled, they did not mention approximately how long it would take, so quite a lot of time was wasted waiting.

Too much time was wasted waiting.
