Pros
- Most colleagues are easy to get along with.
- Most people leave work on time. If overtime is needed, you can generally discuss it with your supervisor and take the work home (as a way to earn extra money).
- The office is bright and clean.
- Birthday bonus and bonuses for the three major holidays.
- There are indeed a lot of cases when things are busy (so it can be very busy), but when things are slow, you won't be asked to do work outside your responsibilities.
- Payments for commissioned projects are usually made on time.
Cons
- Basically, you can stay until retirement, but more ambitious people may not adapt well.
- A large proportion of the salary consists of bonuses.
- The boss is fairly kind.
- You will be assigned a company vehicle once a month (during lunch break only).
