3 A semi-skilled thread-rolling worker who has been doing this for over 10 years only ever does half the work before pushing it onto others, leaving them to clean up his mess
4 Any poorly made heading work is always blamed on thread rolling; instead of figuring out how to do it better, thread rolling is always left to clean up after heading

As long as these two people are still there, I do not recommend becoming a thread-rolling apprentice; you will always be given miscellaneous tasks by these two people
