Q&A: self-introduction, reason for leaving, and situational questions. The interviewer explained the job duties: day shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; overtime is paid; overtime exceeding midnight comes with compensatory leave; weekend shifts are rotated.
The interview location was near a 7-ELEVEN. The head office is in Kaohsiung, and the Taipei branch is just being established, so the systems and procedures are not well established.
The information on the 104 website differed from that provided during the on-site interview. For example, 104 listed the salary as NT$45,000–50,000, but the interviewer offered NT$40,000 during the interview. Later, after seeing that I had certifications and experience, the interviewer added NT$2,000. I asked whether the bonus mentioned on the website was available, and the interviewer said it was not offered for positions at this location.
