The reason I applied was that it was close to the elementary school my child attends, making drop-off and pickup convenient. After I submitted my résumé, HR contacted me very quickly. First, there was a phone interview covering some details about the job, expected salary, and so on. There was no indiscriminate recruiting or discrepancy between the actual position and the job description.

In the second interview, the hiring manager and HR took turns asking follow-up questions based on the phone interview, along with discussing my professional abilities in detail. Overall, the interview experience was fairly pleasant.

Because I was one minute late waiting for the elevator… And the job duties were too similar to those at my current company, while the salary wasn’t much different either. I still wanted to explore other fields, so I decided to pass for now.
