台灣豐田產業機械股份有限公司
Pros

A subsidiary of the Hotai Motor Group, with name recognition (now renamed Hotai Toyota Material Handling).

Cons

1. The internal culture and processes are very bureaucratic and oppressive. Basically, you just do whatever your superiors say.

2. As mentioned above, because you do whatever your superiors say, you do not learn anything in depth. In addition, 70% of the job consists of doing miscellaneous tasks because everyone is pushing work onto others. There is little sense of accomplishment, and your abilities cannot improve, while management only knows how to question employees' capabilities.

3. The salary looks high, but it is propped up by various bonuses; the basic salary is actually low.

4. Each year, employees with average performance evaluations get a raise of a few hundred dollars, while those with good evaluations get about a thousand (and don't even dream of being able to receive a good evaluation every year...).

5. Superiors are whimsical, so they insert projects from time to time. The original annual plans cannot be properly planned or carried out, resulting in both sides falling through.

6. Overtime pay cannot be claimed, and on holidays, messages are sent in the work group asking about various things, disturbing your time off.

7. A major reshuffle has now begun. Some graduates from prestigious universities have been brought in and receive higher salaries than veteran employees, even though their job duties are the same. Think carefully before joining—who knows whether you will be the next disposable employee?

All in all, those who are capable or graduated from prestigious universities are advised to take a detour and avoid this place. You deserve better...... If you enjoy acting in melodramatic TV dramas and want to train your stress tolerance, though, I have no objection~
