Pros

Please get yourself a cup of coffee, toast a milk-butter bun, and savor the following content:

Working here depends heavily on your department manager; the direction of the design department is something that needs to be discussed.

The funny thing is that this manager is subordinate to the Air Force’s Chief Wet Order. Here, it is impossible to climb the ladder without connections—unless your family owns an airport, or you have previously acted cute and coquettishly while serving many big shots at a hotel. Only then might you have a chance to earn the Star of Ability and climb upward by stepping on the wet bodies beneath you.

Having this Wet Order as a backer really makes a difference. If you are here to broaden your perspective on this pet world, you can give it a try, but staying for too long is not advisable. Another advantage is that it is very suitable for retirement! It is ideal for people without ambition, those who like being verbally abused by their manager, are very submissive, or enjoy illogical work—this place is perfect for you!

The boss is a very nice person, but as for the people under the boss, you can take a look at the cons~

Cons

I’d like to ask everyone here something: as a manager, are you supposed to be a role model for your subordinates? If you agree, let’s continue!

1. It is perfectly normal for the manager not to understand anything and to believe that they do not need to understand anything—that is why they can become a manager.

2. Forgetfulness happens very easily, and they often need to rely on other people’s reminders to help their memory? Hello~ You’re holding an iPhone; it has Notes and Reminders. Could you please use them properly? It’s the 21st century, for goodness’ sake.

3. Passing the buck is normal. If they say they don’t know, anything can be passed off onto someone else. A manager who has been here for nearly ten years and still knows nothing—so learning how to pass the buck is also essential.

4. Their ability to learn is actually quite strong, but they forget everything as soon as they walk out the door. As a result, you, the backup, become the next person in line and are responsible for teaching everyone.

5. They always just talk, as though the task were completed. They point at the screen and say how the image should be changed, as if design could be done by talking to the computer: “Remove the background here,” “Copy and paste this,” and so on. They have no idea how much trouble they are causing other people.

4. Every time they ask for an image to be made, they do not first explain the direction or style, causing production delays, major revisions, or rework. Strange—why does a manager seem unable to think things through and improve the workflow?

5. Organizing things logically is truly important, important, important. Yet their work and decisions are illogical, always following the idea of “do it first and talk later.” They only care about the event starting; once it ends, they do not care about anything.

6. They are always saying how busy they are. Then show us the work allocation, and you will clearly know who is actually busier.

7. There is no room for recovery when someone else makes a mistake. For example, if they catch you failing to sweep the floor clean once, they will nag you every time you sweep from then on, until they are satisfied! They definitely have to nag you!

8. No one can beat them at pushing responsibility onto others. They often use other people’s words as a shield: “XXX said this one was better,” “XXX said this image looked better.” Is XXX the manager? When you learn to quote other people too, they will ask you in return, “Why is it always what other people said? What about you?” So if a project gets criticized as ugly or terrible, it was what XXX said; but if the project receives a good response, it suddenly becomes proof that their decision was correct!

9. There are far too many ghost stories. Many things cannot be experienced simply by writing them down here.

Summary: There are three subordinates of the Air Force’s Chief Wet Order here. If you want to know what you need to know, feel free to experience it for yourself. Once, a big boss gathered everyone downstairs for a meeting and said something along the lines of: “The people below are all very capable, and they are stronger than you, so managers should love them properly, just as I love you…” and so on. I kept thinking afterward about what this statement was meant to express. So even the big boss thinks managers are… idiots? I don’t know anything; anyway, after reading this, you know everything! Ending with the skills I learned here is also pretty good! 👍 Like
