1. The products are hardware and general merchandise electronics that people commonly come into contact with, so they are relatively easy to understand.

2. There are three people on the sales team, and the team leader is very easy to get along with.

3. Each salesperson is provided with a company car, so you do not have to drive your own car. Maintenance and fuel costs are covered using the company car.

4. The boss is also easy to get along with and does not put on airs.

5. Meetings are infrequent—there is one meeting every three months at the Taipei headquarters.

6. Public holidays are off. You clock in in the morning but do not need to clock out.

1. The base salary is only slightly higher than the minimum required by the Labor Standards Act and will never be adjusted; you can only rely on your performance to increase your income.

2. The bonus system is too complicated and can easily become confusing.

3. If one of the bonus requirements is not met, money will be deducted.

4. The Taichung branch office is located in a residential community and is not very large.
