- Most colleagues are easy to get along with
- Diverse culture, with many foreigners in the company
- The office is bright and clean, and cleaned regularly
- Only after being hired are you informed that it is a contract-based position, with a minimum one-year commitment
- Low base salary; a large portion of the pay consists of bonuses under various names
- Overtime pay is already included in the salary structure; reporting overtime only gets you $50 per hour
- The boss does not respect employees much, encourages overtime, and has overly pronounced political views
- You may be assigned an official company phone and be required to answer test calls every day, year-round; if you miss one, the boss will berate you
- If you accidentally forget to clock in or fail to follow the rules (whether existing or announced on short notice), you will be fined
- After borrowing a meeting room for a meeting and attending to visitors, even when already very busy, you still have to submit posts for social media
- You may be harassed by the boss, supervisors, or clients at any time, all year round
- You may be assigned to clean out the refrigerator or work weekend shifts about once every year or so (with no overtime pay)
