None (only suitable for masochists)
1. Small company with a severe shortage of staff
2. The boss has a terrible temper, yelling and screaming all the time. Even with so few people, they still form cliques and ostracize others.
3. Be careful—you may be treated as if you were multiple employees. An engineer is also expected to handle SA, PM, administrative work, switchboard duties, miscellaneous tasks, sales, and more. If you don't do it well, you'll still get yelled at.
4. The salary is ridiculously low. What kind of person would put up with this?
5. Only a small group of people in the company are valued by the boss; everyone else is looked down on and singled out for criticism. If that small group targets you, that's just your bad luck—no matter what happens, it's your fault. Being called into the office and chewed out is considered getting off lightly.
6. Extremely poor benefits.
7. Unpaid overtime awaits you (unless you talk to your supervisor, they won't even let you take time off in lieu. There's no money for overtime—you can only exchange it for time off).
8. It's really shady, with a pile of behind-the-scenes dealings with clients.
9. They keep working with obviously lousy outsourcing vendors. Truly speechless~"~
10. They use nothing but technologies from the ancient past. You won't learn anything useful, and it won't help you after you leave (new graduates, don't come, or you'll be humiliated in job interviews afterward; seasoned workplace veterans, on the other hand, can come here to coast toward retirement).
