聯英工程顧問有限公司
Pros

It used to be a consulting company, but it downsized and became an engineering firm called Fuxiang Civil and Structural Engineering Office.

The boss mostly takes on work that does not overlap much with that of other firms in the industry.

If you are ambitious, you can learn some of his professional expertise from the boss.

The boss is cautious; after an employee completes their work, it must pass his discerning review before it can be considered done.

The company does not have many projects, so you can generally leave work on time and take public holidays off.

After completing work assigned by the boss, there is a “very, very, very, very, very, very” small performance bonus.

Suitable for recent graduates preparing for national examinations, or working adults who want to earn a steady salary and take life at an easy pace.

Cons

Because the company handles work that does not overlap with other firms in the industry, it is difficult to build on areas you are already familiar with.

Labor and health insurance contributions are not reported based on your actual salary.

Project performance bonuses are paid according to the boss’s formula, so you basically receive only a tiny amount.

The year-end bonus is calculated based on how many projects each person completed for the company during the year.

It is basically very difficult to meet the target, so if you receive a year-end bonus, just consider it the boss’s charity.

Depending on the situation, a regular meeting is held every Monday, and occasionally you will hear the boss spout nonsense.
