There are absolutely no advantages.
Cons
Please think twice before coming to work for this company; you will definitely regret it. The supervisors have no accountability and are irresponsible, treat employees differently, and the year-end bonus is very poor—less than one month’s salary. My sincere advice is that there are many other better choices.
