30,000/month / 4 days off (construction site security guard)
1. Some rules are not disclosed during the interview (major demerit: 2,000; minor demerit: 1,000; warning: 500). Please be careful!
2. They say your salary will increase by 1,000 after you have worked for 3 months, and call it a performance bonus based on your performance and attendance (it's a lie).
3. They ask you to provide support on your days off but never give you compensatory leave!
Summary:
They are very stingy with employees and make arbitrary deductions. Even when you tell the company that you were underpaid, they still do not make up the difference. When no one else is around, they speak nicely to you and ask for your help; when other people are present, they treat you as if you don't matter!
Recommendation: If you work at this company, make sure to take all your days off. If the company asks you to help, don't do it. Refuse to answer the phone!
