Working hours end quite punctually; as soon as the bell rings, you can leave immediately
The boss isn’t particularly difficult to get along with and is fairly friendly
Frugal and environmentally conscious
The boss is extremely stingy; if he doesn’t feel hot, he thinks there’s no need to turn on the air conditioning
When the air conditioning is on, it must not be set below 26°C, or you’ll be criticized for being wasteful
Even toilet paper has to be rationed
The supervisor’s performance is quite outstanding, and they have the boss’s trust. Tasks originally assigned by the boss may change as they pass through the supervisor, ending up completely different from what was discussed at the beginning
The supervisor believes their own matters should be handled first
