Cons

1. The office building is old, and the passenger elevator and freight elevator are the same one.

2. The office is dim, and there is actually a large pillar inside the office.

3. The person who interviewed me had only been working for three years and was already a sales section manager!

During the interview, he talked incessantly about what he wanted to say and gave me absolutely no opportunity to express myself.

Even more outrageous, the salary range for the position listed on the recruitment website was 30K–38K. Since I had relevant experience, I stated that my desired salary was the same as my current salary (34K).

Unexpectedly, this salesperson replied, “You’re too young, so it’s impossible for the company to offer you that kind of salary. Besides, a newcomer can’t possibly be given that much. At most, it would be 30K. 34K is ridiculous. I’ll try my best to negotiate 32K for you, but personally, I think the company will only offer you 30K. The 38K written on the recruitment website is for older people.” I was completely stunned at the time...

Furthermore, throughout the interview, he kept emphasizing, “The company has no shortcomings. If I had to say something, I’d say it’s better than some but not as good as others,” repeating this at least 10 times during the interview.

First, if newcomers can only receive 30K during the probationary period, that should have been disclosed in advance instead of only telling me after I asked about the salary.

Second, if he doesn’t know how to conduct an interview, he shouldn’t be interviewing people. Does being young mean having no ability? Do only older people have ability?

Third, if they had no intention of hiring me, they shouldn’t have made me spend an hour taking a logic test. Was I there for an interview, or to take a mathematical logic test?

Anyone planning to interview there, please think twice!!!

Oh, by the way, this “interviewer” also told me that his previous few assistant sales staff looked very smart, but were actually very stupid at logical thinking. That is not something an interviewer should say. Overall, I think it was terrible!

I think it was terrible!
