1. The employee meals were very tasty, but they are no longer available, so this has become a drawback.

2. Most of my colleagues were very united and kind, but they have all left, so this has become a drawback.

3. The jewelry is very beautiful, but if it cannot be sold, it becomes a source of pressure, so this has become a drawback.

4. The workload is enormous, and you can learn a lot, but once your health starts having problems, everything falls apart, so this has become a drawback.

5. The boss has high expectations for new employees, and if you perform well, you can become a rising star. But before long, you will immediately be badly vilified, so this is a drawback.

6. There is a bonus system, but it is extremely inconsistent and the system is poorly designed, so this is also a drawback.

8. They are quite decisive when firing people, and severance pay is also handled very promptly, without giving you any time to think or react, so this really is a pretty good advantage. But when someone leaves, they cannot immediately hire a replacement, and the workload of the remaining employees just keeps piling up. Before you have even adapted, someone else leaves and more work is added again… so this is still a drawback.
