Pros
- There are a great many different tasks, so if you want to learn, you can get exposure to many things
- The boss handles matters based on their mood; if they are in a good mood, even giving you time off is not a problem
- Those without ability but skilled at flattery are welcome
Cons
- The boss likes promoting employees who cling to their coattails. As long as you cling tightly enough, your future is bright
- There is very little control over the work; the boss changes things whenever they want
- The base salary is below market rate, with bonuses propping up the pay. If the boss is in a bad mood, you may have to eat less this month
- Capable people are not necessarily promoted, while those who comply with the boss’s wishes are guaranteed to rake in money!!!
- The boss has poor emotional management and lets personal feelings affect work matters. When they feel like it, they work employees to the bone; when they do not, they can hand out even the ugliest tasks
- The company has a poor reputation and limited development prospects
- The manager is extremely incompetent, cannot lead people, only loses their temper, and cannot solve problems. They are, however, quite skilled at flattery
