Violates the Labor Standards Act: overtime is never paid, and overtime on regular days off is also never paid. They keep saying they will provide compensatory leave, but it never leads to anything. Whenever money is mentioned, they react very sensitively and loudly. They only make grand promises to employees, saying things like everyone earns 40,000–50,000 a month, yet after working there for two years, I was still hovering around 30,000. The female supervisor, D, also badmouths employees to newcomers. She constantly watches the surveillance cameras to monitor everyone’s every move. She occupies a position without doing any work, then gives all her tasks to the employees, treating one employee as if they were two people. Many reported problems never receive any solutions. The supervisor even asks employees whether they have any solutions, dumping the problems on them. She says there is no exploitation and that employees are not being mistreated, but what they actually do is completely different. Don’t be deceived by their rhetoric—choose your job carefully, and make sure you know the Labor Standards Act well so you won’t be exploited by an employer like this!!!!!!!!!!
