1. No one cares if you’re late, because the manager is always late too.
2. It’s a small company, so coworkers (only coworkers—there’s no manager) are easy to work with. Communication is smooth, and they’re willing to share their professional knowledge and discuss ideas.

The system and KPIs are extremely unclear—both the sales and design teams are responsible for business targets, but in practice, the only person who can actually go out and pursue business is the manager. Each person’s clients are assigned by the manager, so whether you can meet your performance targets depends on whether the manager likes you.
2. There are no clear promotion rules—many coworkers have been there for 4–5 years and perform well, but still have had no opportunities for promotion.
3. The manager’s professional knowledge is extremely lacking—despite having more than 10 years of experience at a digital advertising agency, they don’t even understand the basic advertising formats, types, or purposes. They claim to have previously worked at a well-known web production company in the industry, but they don’t even know what tool is used to create wireframes, let alone how to draw one.
4. You can’t be better than the manager—the manager has an extremely strong ego and likes to be the boss. If you perform better than them in front of a client, they will keep challenging you afterward. They especially like to control the direction of projects while ignoring the client’s needs.
5. Coworkers get along harmoniously, but the manager will create conflict between them or tell the boss malicious, unfounded things about coworkers.
