渥得室內裝修有限公司
Pros

Occasionally buys drinks for employees

Honey that is eaten quickly, though not finished

There is a snack cabinet, and the snacks are quickly eaten

The colleagues are all easy to get along with

Cons

•The company has no systems in place

1. Employees are paid in cash, with no payslips.

2. There are no uniform requirements for client contracts or quotations.

3. Nothing the company verbally promises employees is honored.

4. The company has no consistent practice for managing data; files are transferred between people via USB drives.

5. Regardless of salary level, all employees are insured under the lowest salary bracket for labor and health insurance, and no receipts are provided.

6. There is no standardized vacation system or record form, and requesting annual leave is even made difficult.

7. The benefits listed on 104 differ from the actual situation, so all benefit information has now been deleted and replaced with “adjusted according to individual circumstances.”

•Bonus system

1. There may only be a company dinner after more than six months; there is no year-end party, spring banquet, or lucky draw.

2. Year-end bonuses are not paid on a prorated basis to employees who have worked for less than a year.

•Incidents that have occurred at the company

1. The boss tends to get handsy with female employees and often gets physically close to female staff. It is really disgusting.

2. The boss easily gives up on projects related to the company’s future development. He initially becomes very enthusiastic, but cannot maintain it for more than two months before giving up. In the end, the project has to be restarted and done all over again, only to be abandoned again after less than two months, then restarted several months later… an endless cycle.

3. Case bonuses are very low.

4. The boss loves gossiping about people. He likes calling employees everywhere and asking, “Don’t you think so-and-so is…,” then starts criticizing that employee. He likes to receive agreement, and gets upset with anyone who disagrees with him.

5. The boss always forgets what he has said.

6. He is emotional. When another colleague upsets the boss, he instead calls a bunch of unrelated people into the office and repeatedly scolds the colleague who angered him.

7. Customer service is very poor. When the company receives a complaint, the boss only feels that he has been unlucky and goes to temples to pray for better luck, rather than reviewing areas where the company’s internal service could be improved. He only blindly demands service process forms, even though these issues have nothing to do with the process; rather, the supervisor failed to deliver on promises made to customers, designs take far too long to provide to customers, and the company cannot figure out what customers want, while constantly blaming customers for being troublesome.

8. The boss requires the company to hold a meeting every morning, but the supervisor is almost never there. Even when the supervisor is present, Supervisor Shen will run out to buy and eat breakfast during the meeting. Mornings are almost entirely wasted talking about what I did yesterday and what I will do today.

In short, nearly 20 people left the company in less than a year, yet no adjustments or improvements were made to address the company’s internal problems. Instead, the blame was placed on people who had already resigned, while the people who truly needed to make changes remained comfortably supported by the company. It is as though every dissatisfied customer is the customer’s problem and our company is always perfect. Perhaps this is also why everyone eventually left the company.
