Pros

The office space is roughly large, and there are many things to browse around, that’s about it.

Cons

1. Some colleagues at the company are extremely serious about sucking up to others. Since it has nothing to do with them, they push others into taking the fall whenever possible.

2. When there are unreasonable demands, the boss always uses peer pressure to make people compromise. If they refuse to compromise, they will be blacklisted from then on. Whatever they do will upset the boss, and they will eventually leave on their own.

3. Holidays are holidays, but whenever the boss looks for someone, you must immediately show up to help look things up. If you do not reply, you will also be scolded for not answering the phone while on vacation.

4. When someone resigns, certain people like to randomly find someone to take over their work. They say they will find someone, but in reality they just want to save money, and they provide no compensation or recognition whatsoever to the person forced to take on the work.

They say they are not downsizing, but they keep doing things that amount to downsizing.

5. They constantly change what they say and forget that they ever said those things. They change their minds whenever they want, making it very difficult for the people underneath them to work.

6. The boss is unprofessional and thinks that, simply because they are the boss, everyone must listen to them. They are also extremely difficult to communicate with and believe that they are always right.

7. The turnover rate is extremely high. Aside from people with inadequate abilities, many employees are directly asked to leave because of a single remark from the boss, or the company finds ways to force them out.

8. One manager is incompetent and thinks that simply because they have been there for a while, becoming a manager makes them impressive. In reality, the company just has no talent. Why not reflect on how someone could become a manager so easily? They even tell others to learn from them and obediently follow orders so they can climb the ladder as quickly as they did.

9. The boss refuses to examine why their reputation is so bad and never reflects on themselves, only criticizing others.

They even asked employees to post favorable reviews. As a result, they are now using this terrible tactic, and all the reviews have been pushed down.

10. You are not paid for overtime, cannot take time off in lieu, and are even told that the overtime balance must be reset to zero. Employees are completely expected to work for free.
