Honestly, there aren't really any advantages yet.

1. The boss says that activities are something everyone should work on together.

The bonus distribution method is very unusual. An activity that the entire company participates in allows only certain departments to lead and receive the bonus. So does that mean the other people who helped with the activity don't count as people?

2. The manager of the Administration Department spends all day chatting with the colleague next door. When asked to handle something, they only say they are busy, and then nothing comes of it. You have to inform them several times before receiving any help.

3. The manager of the Administration Department posts articles in the company group every day to share with employees, but many of the things mentioned in those articles are things the boss should be doing. If those things were actually done, there would be no need to worry about the company's extremely high turnover rate.

4. The manager of the Administration Department manages people without winning their hearts, only wanting to leverage full-time employees' abilities and require subordinates to obey. If they do not, the manager finds ways to remove them. They also tell the boss and the boss's wife about fabricated situations, taking advantage of the fact that they will not verify them with the people involved, and simply make irresponsible remarks.

5. The boss is afraid all day that salespeople will earn performance bonuses and loves competing with them for sales results. When the bonuses are too high, the boss uses other methods to prevent salespeople from receiving them. The money always ends up in the boss's pocket, and then everyone is told that the company is losing money and employees need to be understanding.
