Honestly, there aren't really any advantages yet.

1. The boss says that everyone should work together on activities.

The head of the Administration Department posts articles in the company group every day to share with employees, but many of the actions mentioned in these articles are things the boss should be required to do. If they did those things, there would be no need to worry about the company's extremely high turnover rate.

If they do not, the manager will find ways to remove them, and will also tell the boss and the boss's wife fabricated stories and alleged situations, counting on them not to verify them with the people involved.
