The only real advantage is that the office space is large, with lots of areas to walk around in.
1. Some colleagues in the company are extremely sycophantic. Since it has nothing to do with them, they push others into trouble whenever possible.
2. When there are unreasonable demands, the boss always uses peer pressure to force people to compromise. If you refuse to compromise, you will be blacklisted from then on; whatever you do will upset the boss, and eventually you will leave on your own.
3. Holidays are holidays, but whenever the boss contacts someone, they must immediately show up to help look things up. If you do not reply, you will even be scolded for not answering the phone while on vacation.
4. When someone resigns, they like to randomly find someone to take over the work. They say they will find someone, but in reality they are just trying to save money, and they give no compensation or feedback whatsoever to the person forced to take on the work.
They say they are not downsizing, but they keep doing things that amount to downsizing.
5. They constantly contradict themselves and forget what they said before. They change things whenever they feel like it, making it very difficult for those below them to get their work done.
6. The boss is unprofessional and thinks that, simply because they are the boss, everyone must listen to them. They are also extremely difficult to communicate with and believe they are always right.
7. The turnover rate is extremely high. Aside from cases involving inadequate ability, many people are directly told to leave because of a single sentence from the boss, or are deliberately pushed out.
8. One manager is incompetent and acts as if becoming a manager after being there for a while is something impressive. In reality, the company simply has no talent. Why not reflect on how someone could become a manager so easily? This person even tells others to learn from them and obediently follow orders so they can climb the ladder as quickly as they did.
9. The boss refuses to reflect on why their reviews are so terrible and always scrutinizes others instead of themselves.
They also require employees to manipulate the reviews. As a result, after using this lousy tactic, all the reviews have been pushed down.
10. Overtime is neither paid nor convertible into time off, and there is no way to take the time off. You may even be told that the balance must be reset to zero, meaning employees are expected to work overtime for free.
