Hehe, no explanation needed.
The interviewing supervisor was very experienced. They explained the job duties, salary, bonuses, and policies clearly, but not in detail.
They perfectly avoided every part that could have been avoided, for example:
Since the interview was conducted by phone, why require applicants to go to the designated store for the interview?
They said the résumé needed to be filled out. If that is the case, why not have the company set up a form on its official website for applicants to complete online, instead of making them travel a long way? Right?
The supervisor sat in the office waiting for the store manager to relay messages via LINE to the interviewee during the phone interview. Why go through this unnecessary charade without any sincerity?
During the brief stay of several dozen minutes, three people came to the store for interviews. The HR department must be very diligent in inviting large numbers of unemployed people.
I have never encountered a company that proactively invites people to interviews like this. It is not difficult to imagine that employee turnover is unusually high.
The company's store staff were actually very friendly, but they seemed quite uneasy. Why? Because they cannot retain employees?
After reading many reviews of the company, I found the high salary very attractive, but I cannot agree with the company's culture.
A company with a negative-review rate as high as 70%? Hmm... I would not dare aspire to work there.
