The boss is moody. It is a family business, and employees are often blamed for no apparent reason. The boss easily loses their temper, and the managers engage in internal power struggles.
The management is disorganized, and the boss does not know what they want either. Employee turnover is very high.
The atmosphere is heavy, with no laughter in sight
The boss reprimands people with great energy
