1. Punctual working hours
2. Not much work
1. The company likes to form cliques and engage in workplace bullying.
2. There are no standard SOP procedures, and there is no sign that anyone is working on creating them.
3. They fabricate data all day, providing it only to the PCM and government agencies. Every month, some projects are fined, yet there is no sign of the plant manager taking any action.
4. Saturday shifts are forcibly exchanged for compensatory leave without consulting employees, while they insist that regular-day shifts cannot be exchanged for overtime pay. Each request for compensatory leave then takes two weeks to one month for approval.
5. Many test items are frequently sent to the laboratory, but the operators who send them do not know about them, and neither does the laboratory supervisor. We have to ask the on-site operations supervisor or the plant manager to find out.
6. They casually recruit people from departments whose graduates cannot provide the required signatures, then have other people sign for them.
7. They hold toolbox meetings every day, but never improve the quality of the wastewater; they only keep demanding that more test items be added.
8. Even after being injured at work, employees are subjected to sarcastic remarks. The plant manager does not show concern for workplace safety incidents, causing safety personnel to leave one after another.
9. Cleaning is required every Tuesday and Thursday. Those who have a good relationship with the plant manager can avoid it, while everyone else has to clean.
10. They create a bunch of group chats, but there has been no improvement to the plant whatsoever.
11. Employee training is severely inadequate. No matter what you ask, no one knows anything; sometimes even the supervisors do not know the reason.
12. Although the plant manager holds a PhD, their attitude toward work shows none of the professionalism expected in the field. They can even be stumped by technical questions.
13. Suggestions are met with targeting, and the laboratory supervisor also likes to write negative reports about people. If you do not comply with her wishes, you have to write a self-criticism report. Performance evaluations are also handed out arbitrarily, while the supervisor gives herself an A.
14. The laboratory supervisor has been in the role for two years but has no understanding of her own job responsibilities or the problems within the plant; she also knows nothing when asked.
15. Because of pressure from government agencies, the company wants to obtain TAF accreditation, but the consultant they hired is incompetent, and the supervisor does not follow up, so everything keeps being delayed.
16. This company only deals with things when the situation is already critical.
17. It is a retirement home of a company, full of long-timers who do not seriously work and spend every day organizing group purchases.
18. After asking some more senior colleagues, I learned that there have been no salary increases here, except for one adjustment last year.
