The interview was clearly explained. They said that people at the company are all impolite and like to directly and harshly order people around, calling out instructions for everything, so working in general affairs would be very exhausting.
Today I’m here to talk about the outcome of not showing up after the interview: Kawo reported me for being hired but failing to show up, and I was suspended by the recruitment website for one month.
This is what happened. During my interview with Kawo, I explained that I still had interviews with other companies and said that I hoped to report to work one week after receiving notification. The information I filled out also clearly stated this. It happened to be around the Lunar New Year, and on the last day they notified me to report on the day work resumed. However, I had to prepare to open a bank account, so I requested to postpone my start date. Kawo also did not send me another hiring notice afterward (that is, I never received a single hiring notice from them). Only after the Lunar New Year holiday ended did they send me a hiring notice. However, after consideration, I decided not to go on the day I was supposed to report and sent an email at 8:00 a.m. explaining the reason (I disliked the company’s impolite atmosphere) and informing them that I would not be reporting to work (Kawo’s working hours start between 9:30 and 10:00). After that, 104 notified me that I had violated the rules and suspended my account. They explained that the matter was resolved, but I feel that I had already notified them in advance that I would not be reporting, so this really wasn’t necessary. Sure enough, just as they said during the interview, everyone there is impolite, because they themselves are too…
