The salary is very high, though of course you can guess why it is so high.
The interviewer acted incredibly condescending and was downright infuriating. They were extremely rude, constantly interrupting the interviewee, repeatedly exaggerating the company’s value as if everyone else were idiots. They claimed that interviewees and the company are equals, but I’m sorry—you are the interviewer who made me feel the least equality I’ve ever experienced! You kept trying to intimidate me and shoot me down. I don’t understand why you invited me to interview in the first place. Was it just to vent your frustrations and satisfy your need to exert pressure?
