Upper management is seriously problematic. They keep shouting about progress all day, but there’s no action to show for it.

The company has no systems, no efficiency, and no communication.

It lacks almost all the basic conditions a company should have to operate.

The blame is always pushed onto people who weren’t involved.

Watching colleagues go out to make a living while still having to carry a whole pile of scapegoating.

They don’t even have money to buy food—why dump so many pots on them?

You might as well give them a fish to eat.

The people sitting in the office aren’t sales staff, but assistants to the person in the innermost office.

Everything has to go through that person, and no one has any decision-making authority.

The answer to the same question even changes depending on who asks. What a hypocritical double standard.

They don’t respect employees or care about how employees feel at work, and make inexplicable decisions on their own.

When you raise a question, that person inside looks at you with an attitude of, “Do you really understand?”

They also say nonconstructive things and keep going around in circles by themselves.

After finally discovering that the answer really is what we said, they still come back with a smug “I told you so.”

Please—why not just lick my asshole? You don’t have to pretend to understand when you don’t.

I genuinely think the customers who buy this company’s machines are pitiful; they all look like suckers.

Either they want you to pay more to buy things you should have had in the first place,

or, when there’s a problem, they treat you like an idiot and brush it off. Problems with the machines are always glossed over.

When a boss even says, “Being busy is a good thing,” it shows how ugly the overtime culture here is.

They hope people will work overtime all day long. It’s not as if you can just leave after finishing your work—what, are you supposed to sit there cultivating immortality?

The division of labor is unclear, and even when things are busy, you’re not the one who is actually busy.

They just want to use one person as three, then pay you a single banana.

Please, who would want to waste time with you when you treat people like monkeys?

They made over 100 million, yet the year-end bonus we received wasn’t even equivalent to one month’s salary.

I really don’t understand how the company has made it nearly 30 years while treating people like idiots.

Oh right, their daughter also doesn’t respect working people and even comes into the office making a loud racket.

But after taking a look, it wasn’t exactly surprising either, haha.
