The work environment is quite good, and aside from the two managers at the top, the colleagues are all nice.

For anyone considering joining, this company has two managers in Taiwan. The male manager likes holding meetings and talking endlessly, bringing up a pile of ideas, but seems unaware that his meetings take up a lot of time that other colleagues need for their work. The female manager's management style is basically like that of a nanny—constantly pressuring people, holding meetings, and requiring reports, without considering how to improve work efficiency. However, the other colleagues are all nice. It is called a foreign company, but its management style is even worse than that of a Taiwanese factory. Those considering joining should take note.
