Pros

The boss won’t monitor how quickly you put items online (though occasionally they will).

You can listen to headphones at work; it’s very flexible.

Perfect attendance bonus: NT$1,000.

Meal allowance: NT$50.

The graphic design work is simple and doesn’t require much thought.

If you want to do more diverse design work, the only opportunity may be designing announcement graphics for holidays.

After one year, you can get a NT$1,000 raise. I’m not sure how the year-end bonus is calculated; I’ve never received a full month’s bonus, so it may be at most half a month? I’m not sure.

Cons

The graphic designer has to pick orders, restock, count inventory, occasionally ship packages, occasionally go to the post office, and occasionally handle checkout. Later, you may also have to learn the work done downstairs.

Previously, there were only four days off per month, and the overtime pay was NT$2,000. However, it seems difficult to retain employees, so the boss’s wife said they would switch to a five-day workweek, which may mean no more overtime pay.

Only the perfect attendance bonus would remain.

A female colleague downstairs is somewhat rigid and conventional. Sometimes her messages are written without much tact, so be mentally prepared. When the boss isn’t there, you have to follow her instructions.

Picking the wrong item results in a NT$10 deduction.
