I went to interview for a managerial position, and the interviewer identified himself as an engineering manager.
He then said that, after reviewing my résumé, they had already chosen a better candidate.
(Then why ask me to come to the interview?)
I also asked about the company's manufacturing process, and he kept saying that his company uses advanced-equipment processes and that I might not have experience with them.
(It's clearly SMT-related, and I have considerable experience in my résumé.)
He also kept saying that, even if I wanted to join, the salary would not be very good.
(This clearly indicates that they want cheap employees in exchange for insufficient staffing.)
If you genuinely want to develop your career, do not come here!
