The supervisor only knows how to exploit employees.
When the probationary period ended, they played dumb, and the salary adjustment was different from what was originally promised.
Even when I said I was leaving, they said they hoped I would stay and that they still needed to observe me.
All kinds of grand-sounding excuses were used to make me do more work while paying me an extremely low salary.
Interns (part-time workers) are really pitiful.
They come to the company earning only the minimum hourly wage, then do assistants’ work.
All day long, they brainwash them by saying this place is great and that it lets them experience what they’ll need to do after entering society.
But isn’t this place one of the companies they could choose to work for in the future anyway???
All the shortcomings of a traditional-industry family business can be felt in this company (which claims to be one of Taiwan’s top three knitted-fabric manufacturers).
To the former boss: I hope you see this. Don’t focus only on Vietnam—Taiwan is Mian Chun’s root. I’m telling you this because you’re still young and can still be saved.
To the former former boss: Now that you’re old, you should really just retire, and take your protégés (the royal guard) with you while you’re at it. It would be better for this company.
Because they all imitate you: they enter the company without doing any work and only know how to talk.
Finally, thanks to Mian Chun. This awful place really helped me grow a lot.
Now, whenever I encounter any of society’s harsh realities, I feel they are minor matters.
I’m speaking out not to start a fight, but because I hope this world can be just a little different because of me.
GL HF. World peace.
