1. The boss has a pretty good temper and doesn’t get angry for no reason.
2. The individual workspaces in the office are quite large and very nice, but there are no exterior windows (only the boss’s office has one).
3. My coworkers aren’t very cold, but they can be a little strange at times.
4. There are company vehicles, and they’re easy to borrow.
5. We get an hour and a half for lunch break, which is great.
4. It’s a small company, but it has everything you need, and the people are nice. You can discuss any issues with the boss.
5. The boss is fairly generous with salaries, but since a project may be worked on by everyone together, the bonus is very low—less than 1%.
1. Almost all of the projects are construction projects (factories or self-built properties). There aren’t projects involving new developments, or only basic renovations for government offices. Unless you’re interested in construction, this place isn’t very suitable if you want to do purely renovation work.
2. There is a clock-in system. I don’t know what happens if you’re late; when I asked my coworkers, they wouldn’t say, which I found very puzzling.
3. The overall atmosphere at the company is rather unpolished. Some people cut their nails at work, or pick their ears while discussing work with coworkers, with earwax constantly falling out—the cotton swab ends up covered in it.....
4. Overall, people aren’t proactive enough in their approach to work. The quotation form is also somewhat strange, and when I asked accounting about a formatting issue, the accountant seemed annoyed and let out a deep sigh.
