Using the excuse of the pandemic worsening, they took away employees’ meal allowance benefits without any accompanying measures. Every month, lunch has become something we have to pay for ourselves. It amounts to cutting employees’ pay while the company saves money. This despicable way of handling things is truly disgusting. No one ever advocates for employee benefits; they treat employees like idiots. I hope they can never recruit anyone again—serves them right.
They are very good at pretending to be clueless. They treat employees like idiots. Speaking honestly gets you labeled, and you have to take your rights online to be heard. The organization responsible for safeguarding employees’ rights—who knows what they’re even doing.
