When I arrived, there were other interviewees present. I thought it was a group interview, but a female interviewer appeared and only then said that she had forgotten the time. Not even a glass of water was provided during the entire interview. There was no other HR representative or department manager present. At the beginning, she said that if I was interested in the position, I should go back and write a proposal first, and that if the proposal was good, we could talk again. She had not even reviewed the applicant’s background information. Her attitude was very disrespectful. If a proposal was required, why not inform the interviewee in advance? Were they only trying to get a free proposal or free ideas?
