If you're over 25, they don't want you. Don't bother submitting your résumé. Basically, they only hire inexperienced young Taiwanese workers—obedient and easy to brainwash. During the eight-hour shift, you can't stop for even a minute; forget about sitting down to eat.
A haven for exploitative bosses. I advise anyone thinking of going to work at QB to consider whether they're contributing to this abuse. There are plenty of other excellent breakfast shops worth getting up early to explore.
New branches keep opening, and job postings keep appearing. Haven't you ever wondered why? If you have experience but are considered too old, they simply won't hire you. Turnover is very high, and wages are kept at around 32,000; they can't possibly go any higher. Unless you want to climb the ladder and become another manager who exploits people—in that case, I have nothing to say.
