1. Salary and bonuses are paid on time without delays.

2. The supervisor is friendly and easy to talk to.

3. Open-plan office environment; the computer hardware is okay.

1. There is no such thing as a salary increase; I’ve “heard” that the average is once every 10 years.

2. Performance standards keep being raised, but salary and bonuses do not increase accordingly.

3. The supervisor knows nothing about the work content. The work suggestions they ask about each week are completely different.

4. There are incredibly many small cockroaches. When I opened my lunchbox, they rushed out through the gaps in the office furniture; when I typed, I discovered that they were all lying in wait in the keyboard.

5. During the pandemic, many colleagues and supervisors were coughing and had phlegm, yet even online workers were required to report to work in person.

6. Vaccine leave? There is no such thing. Just take annual leave or sick leave!

7. They allow the sales team to take on assignments without limit, put on airs, and act obnoxiously. When a project comes in, it becomes the responsibility of the “back-office staff who only know how to spend money.”

8. They leave vacancies unfilled and allow the workload to pile up endlessly, wanting to use only student workers to get by and make quick money.
