The interviewer was verbally forceful, coughed throughout the interview, and kept bringing their phone in and out. The job involves handling administration, human resources, general affairs, and accounting. The company’s systems are still being established, and there are not many benefits at present, but it has a vision and may gradually improve. Taipei is the support unit, while business development is in Cambodia. I felt very disrespected during the interview. The interviewer focused only on talking about themselves, leaving little opportunity for questions, and repeatedly emphasized that the company has a vision. During the interview, they also took their phone in and out to answer calls. The turnover rate is probably quite high as well, since the position seems to open and close frequently.
