The working environment is okay—not very dirty, though the exterior looks very old.
I didn’t expect a company that has been around for more than 40 years not to have standard operating procedures in its production process. You’ll find that everyone says something different, and no one explains things clearly, causing employees to make mistakes and then blaming them afterward (isn’t our job just to follow one command and take one action?). The biggest problem in all of this is fundamentally communication. The supervisors don’t know how to lead people and really like to scold them, so the turnover rate is very high.
They expect things to be both fast and accurate, which is impossible. You have to inspect your work while doing it, there are many steps, and the work is assigned haphazardly. It’s really exhausting.
