Workplace reviews and discussion: 台灣璽德國際有限公司

Interviewed for: Designer

1. The interview process was pleasant and normal.

2. The boss talked a lot about profit sharing, but it was unclear whether it was true.

3. The boss has a fairly good understanding of the design field.

4. The office environment was quite good.

There were many requirements for work outside the design field, although these could be negotiated if compensated. They said they would email me the result after the Lunar New Year, but then there was no word. Later, I tactfully wrote to ask about it, but my message was read and ignored. It felt rather disrespectful and left a very bad impression.
